Returns & exchanges
You can exchange or return an abaya within 7 days of delivery if it is unworn, in its original condition and with its tag. Made-to-order pieces cannot be returned. To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Shipping & delivery
We ship across Saudi Arabia. Delivery within Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam takes 48 hours; other cities take 3 to 5 working days. We call before delivery to confirm the time.
Privacy policy
We use your details (name, phone, email, address) only to fulfil your orders and contact you about them. We never sell your data and only share what the courier needs for delivery. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
